Villa IN ALGARVE
The estate
The estate is situated on a hill in
a quiet country area, yet close to Albufeira and the
new Marina. From the Villa and the sun terraces you
can see from the green hills to the sea. The swimming
pool is surrounded by a big lawn which borders a flower
and palm garden.
The "Quinta" of the owner is situated
separately. Thus, the privacy of the guest is not disturbed.
The name "Quinta Dos Valados" refers
to the natural stone walls, which surround the whole
2-hectare-estate. Within our estate paths are lined
by cypress trees and lead through meadows with almond
and fig trees.
The lovingly designed and maintained
Mediterranean / subtropical gardens with huge lawns
and shady carobs invite you to relax.
The chlorine-free swimming pool has
a length of 25 mtrs. and, with its curved shape, fits
perfectly into the garden area. The curved lines continue
with the stone walls around the pool terraces.
The big swimming pool is ideal for
sportive swimming. Due to it's unusual huge beach zone
with shallow water (which can easily be supervised)
it's also a perfect playing and bathing area for children.
The swimming pool is filled with soft
water and is cleaned by means of a special procedure
without chlorine or other additives; e.g.: non-irritable
water for skin and eyes means carefree swimming and
diving, in particular for children.
The pool surface is not tiled but consists
of fine colourful grains of sand, the so-called "pebble-finish",
which make the surface non-slippy.
In the low season we heat the swimming
pool - on request even in winter.
From the sun terrace of the swimming
pool (450 square metres) you reach the garden with lovingly
designed attractive flowerbeds
and bizarre cactus plants via natural
stone stairs.
