the house of the owner. It is linked via a flight of
stairs with the garden and pool area.
The villa a living space of 115 sqm
for 4 persons.
You have direct access from the spacious
and comfortable living room to the 50 sqm covered terrace
with a view over the almond trees
and an additional terrace area of approx.
400 sqm which also belongs to the villa.
In the living room you will find a
digital system for satellite TV and radio reception
with several British TV- and Radio programmes.
A telephone system with an own telephone
number and internet access means comfort and independence.
The kitchen-cum-living room is completely
equipped with 2 refrigerators, microwave, coffee machine,
toaster, mixer, juice extractor, cooker with 4 hot plates
and extractor hood. You will find dishes for 4 persons.
It's a service of us to fill the refrigerator
for a first dinner or breakfast.
On both sides of the living room you
will find 2 double bedrooms which are linked with their
own terrace via big glass doors. Furnished with King
size beds, Orthoflex mattresses ensure relaxing sleep.
The en-suite bathrooms each have a
big shower, WC and bidet.
The water from the deep well (156 m)
is purified, because the Algarve in general has
very hard water. Here, you have soft water which is
good for making coffee or tea.
In winter, the villa is heated by an
electric central heating which means a dry and comfortable
room climate.
